UAAG Grant: We Plead with the Government to Lift the Disbursement.

  The poverty in Nigeria is increasing by each seconds because both the State and Federal government are depriving the citizens from available resources. The COVID-19 hoarding of palliatives provided to sustain living was an evident eye opener.  Currently, an international grant to alleviate poverty through UAAG is hanging because of same reasons.  The delay in disbursing the grant is crashing the old wounds of hoarding palliatives by government officials during Covid-19.  All hope to celebrate this year's Christmas with the international intervention of financial grant to alleviation thousands of Nigerians from poverty is dashing. Since October 2022, the anticipation was high that disbursement will of the grand fund will be disbursed before the end of November. Prince Emeka Nduka and his colleagues for their quick legislative response to the urgly state of Nzerem Ikpem road by calling on His Excellency Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodinma to declare a state of emergency on that road with a follow up that saw the visit of the Governor to Nzerem for the very first time in the history of Nzerem Ikpem. The Promise made by His Excellency to finish the road within time and subsequent inclusion into the year 2023 Budget is evident that better days ahead for our people.
