I'm more than fifteen (15) functional Filling Stations in Ehime Mbano LGA, no dispensing of fuel. This has resulted to total scarcity of petrol in Ehime Mbano.

The last Filling station to close was Ebere Links, after long cued of customers, who crowded the station with cars, tricycles, motorcycles and gallons.

We quizzed why the oceanic crowd, it was reported that the station is selling at ₦165/ltr of fuel. Being the only Station selling at that price, people were coming as far Owerri, Orji, Anara, and so on to buy fuel.

The general public in discomfort of the situation, are crying out to the government and appropriate authorities to salvage the menace. Stressing that Nigeria as a Nation, has outgrown 'fuel scarcity'.

UAAG Grant: We Plead with the Government to Lift the Disbursement.

  The poverty in Nigeria is increasing by each seconds because both the State and Federal government are depriving the citizens from available resources. The COVID-19 hoarding of palliatives provided to sustain living was an evident eye opener.  Currently, an international grant to alleviate poverty through UAAG is hanging because of same reasons.  The delay in disbursing the grant is crashing the old wounds of hoarding palliatives by government officials during Covid-19.  All hope to celebrate this year's Christmas with the international intervention of financial grant to alleviation thousands of Nigerians from poverty is dashing.
